The Guidance and Counselling Cell at Bharath Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is committed to the emotional, academic, and professional well-being of its students. The cell serves as a supportive space where students can explore their potential, overcome challenges, and receive the necessary guidance to become confident and competent educators.

Vision:

To empower student-teachers with the emotional intelligence, coping skills, and career clarity needed to thrive in their academic and professional lives.

Objectives:

• To provide personal, academic, and career counselling to students of B.Sc., Diploma., and One Year Craft and Technical Courses.
• To help students identify their strengths, manage stress, and build self-confidence.
• To offer support for adjustment issues, exam anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, and life transitions.
• To guide students on career pathways, and higher education.
• To conduct awareness programs on mental health, well-being, and self-care.
